***********************************************
Michael Sievers has found a variation on the
rear sleeve: a matte cover.
Comparison of the rear sleeves
If there were only a few it might be a printing/production error
however Derek Miner reports that he has seen this as well.
More research will need to be done on this one.
*******************************************
This was the first Monkees LP with the "Colgems Stereo Records may..."
found in a box on the rear jacket.
The first Colgems LP was the
soundtrack to "Hammerhead" COS-110.
Production credits with "Jerry Goffin" named misspelled.
This mistake is later corrected as...
COSO-5008 RE
Corrected "Gerry Goffin"
With the corrected name an "RE" is added to the catalog number.
There are significantly less copies of the corrected version.
Rhino's Head LP also misspelled Gerry's name.
The Handmade Box Set finally got it right.
