The Obi just folded over the top of the jacket.

The Head soundtrack was mail order only;
you mailed in 5 proof of purchases from the Obis.

The first 2 LPs originally sold at ¥2,100. As they transitioned to a higher
price point Bell went back and added a sticker for ¥2,300.
Eventually they just printed the new price on the Obi.
