This is part of a series of box sets released in Europe beginning in 2009.
The European version had the bonus tracks from the 90's Rhino remastered CDs,
however most of these CDs had manufacturing issues
with song dropouts and misplaced tracks.

When Rhino later released this set in the USA
they used the 2007 master tracks without the bonus songs.

Reportedly this sold 1,000 copies.
