From the press release:

7A Records have tracked down the original master tapes, that were presumed missing
for at least 27 years, and remastered both albums for this release.
The second album is their tour of Japan LP from 1981.

Available as deluxe 2CD and 2LP sets, the CD version will include a big 40 page colour booklet featuring extensive liner notes and previously unseen photos. The 2 LP version comes in a gatefold sleeve and is pressed on special 180g Green, Black and Yellow Quad Vinyl.

 

According to Glenn Gretlund on FB (May 10, 2022):

"We spent more than 3 years tracking them down [master tapes] and Universal repeatedly denied having them... Universal had no clue and denied having access to the tapes. We had no interest in releasing the albums if they weren't from the masters, and it took a great deal of detective work for us to find them. I can honestly say that pulling this deal through has been the most time consuming and frustrating process I have ever been through for any release."
