DJ George Gimarc has one of the few copies known to exist
and when I contacted him in September 2018 he had this to say:

"I fear it might be the only survivor of the small pressing.
As you can see it’s also autographed back in 1963.
On a form where he was trying out for a folk show at WFAA TV in Dallas,
he mentions this 45 in his credits.

I’ve had the thrill to confront Nez with this twice.
Once back in the ‘80s to verify it was him, and again a year ago
when he stopped by the Texas Musicians Museum and saw it in a display.
He wanted to know if I wanted it signed and I said ‘You already did - in 1963’.
He looked closely on the label it is signed to the Wallaces -
they were friends of my parents."
