JANUARY 30:
A new find from Venezuela
If they chose two album cuts from MOTM to release as a single, you would think
many other records would have been released as well,
however very few 45s have surfaced;
I've never even seen a copy of "I'm A Believer".
In the interesting packaging department I found this
digisleeve version of "The Essentials"

Davy from 1969 Japan on the PYE label; a reissue of his very first solo LP.

Found this before Christmas but slow mail delivered it just today;
Davy's Rainy Jane from Argentina on the Parlophone label no less.
Sounds fantastic and curiously it plays at 33 1/3 RPM.

Thanks to pictures from Ed Reilly and a few from Akira Suzuki I was able to complete
most of the Nesmith page for his Japanese LPs.
Interesting tidbit - Loose Salute was reissued twice: in '79 & '81 with a different obi every time.
JANUARY 4:
Created a new page for the RCA Japanese LPs for Nesmith. Some of the later ones
including
The Last Of The First are really hard to find.
Hopefully I'll be able to track down some more photos.

Updated the logo with some items from 1971: The Monkees Do It In The Name Of Love
single with the Japanese picture sleeve, Davy's Rainy Jane from Portugal,
Michael's The Crippled Lion also from Japan and the last release on the Colgems label
Barrel Full Of Monkees (Stereo 8 version). Celebrating 50 years for these releases!
And here's to this year being much better. I've still got tickets to the Mike & Micky show,
hope that is able to happen this year!
